Une très belle surprise, établissement qui mérite ses 5*. Accueil parfait, et surclassemet sans avoir rien demandé. Piscine très agréable, Rooftop Bar proposant une très belle vue et une jolie carte de boissons et de nourriture. Chambre spacieuse, calme, et très bien équipée. Petit déjeuner très complet et check-out très arrangeant. Bref, tout était PARFAIT. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe de l'hôtel. Je recommanderai cet excellent établissement avec grand plaisir

Très belle surprise, La chambre était grande, confortable et silencieuse, l'hôtel est sympa, la piscine est cool et le personnel est sympathique Nous avons testé les restaurants et ça allait (très bon service), ma femme à testé le spa il était okay

Amari Vientiane
Les chambres sont incroyables, j’étais au 11ème, vue imprenable sur la ville. Le petit déjeuner est superbe et varié. Mes points négatifs: une clientèle qui en a rien à faire de l’interdiction de fumer et le personnel ne fait rien car clientèle chinoise. Absolument pas agréable notamment lorsque l’ont signale plusieurs fois à la conciergerie et que rien est fait, sur toi lorsqu’un écriteau dans la chambre signale l’amende encourue. Chambres mal insonorisées, on en entend tout ! Les femmes de ménage font les chambres même à 19h le soir, en rentrant de sa journée c’est désagréable. Sinon pour finir sur une pointe positive, l’hôtel est idéalement situé!

Un 5 étoiles qui le mérite bien. Tout y est parfait. Accueil à notre arrivée, qualité du service rendu et excellence des prestations proposées. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le Mekong. Le bar en rooftop propose des alcools de qualité et le spa est très agréable ainsi que les massages qui sont de grande qualité.
